We are seeking a Director Product Management, Fundraising (Remote) to join our growing team!

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the definition and execution of our product strategy, identifying and driving new business opportunities across Momentive's Fundraising products. This leadership role is integral to our product organization and will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with Momentive’s business goals. As Director of Product Management, you will oversee a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technical Writers, and work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business leadership to ensure that our product roadmap delivers value to both customers and the business. You will play a critical role in shaping the vision for our products, driving execution, and building strong relationships across the organization.This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Product for all Momentive products.

 

A Day in the Life

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Own and communicate a clear product vision that drives customer value through a unified user journey across Momentive’s Fundraising and other product offerings.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Partner with business leadership to ensure product roadmaps are aligned with company objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Product Development Leadership: Support Product Managers in developing strategic roadmap initiatives and epics, ensuring alignment across teams and key milestones for development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with Engineering, Architecture, and R&D teams to define technical implementation strategies that balance market demands with time-to-market needs. Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of key product initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Work closely with Product Marketing to drive the full product lifecycle, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, messaging, collateral creation, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Business Case Development (as needed): Develop compelling business cases for strategic initiatives, including market research, pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and ROI analysis. Monitor the execution of these plans, ensuring they align with financial and business goals.
  • Governance and Process Improvement: Champion the adoption of best practices across the Product team, driving portfolio governance, development lifecycle tools, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Customer Focus and Service Excellence: Lead efforts to ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns promptly and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team, providing hands-on guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. Manage team growth and succession planning to ensure long-term success.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present product vision and strategy at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, customers, and external partners, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing a SaaS product team.
  • Industry: Experience working with fundraising technologies.
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of product management best practices in an Agile environment, with the ability to apply Agile methodologies to improve product delivery.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Ability to travel quarterly in the United States and annually to India.
