We are seeking a Marketing Ops Specialist (remote) to join our growing team with VenturEd Solutions!

In this role, you’ll implement a variety of marketing automation and operations activities for  of our organization. This vital role will be focused on supporting the demand generation and digital operations team by providing process documentation, best practice implementation, reporting, and the development of forms. This individual will provide support as needed for product-focused marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll implement a variety of marketing automation and operations activities for  of our organization. This vital role will be focused on supporting the demand generation and digital operations team by providing process documentation, best practice implementation, reporting, and the development of forms. This individual will provide support as needed for product-focused marketing campaigns.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and implementing marketing automation processes and ensuring the integrity of data
  • Supports the Marketing Operations team lead with projects such as data integrity, normalization, database alignment, and reporting.
  • Deploy corporate-level and vertical-level marketing assets in Hubspot including landing pages and forms.
  • Utilize data to contribute to a marketing team strategy for digital and demand generation performance.
  • Serve as supplemental support for demand generation team when needed for product-level marketing campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing support as needed for marketing metrics and reporting needs.

 

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Statistics or similar area of study.
  • 3-5 years of experience building and deploying marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Hubspot Admin required
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • 3-5 years of experience with B2B marketing, preferably for a SaaS/Tech company
  • Comprehensive understanding of Inbound marketing
  • Data-driven mindset; you should be comfortable working in a variety of BI and spreadsheet tools to manipulate data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-based decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • Self-driven desire to learn, research and test new opportunities within the growing digital landscape
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organized and works well within a demanding environment
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
