Responsibilities & Qualifications

Position Summary

  • Assist external clients in the implementation of the product platform
  • Evaluate client needs as well as develop requirements and configurations that support business processes and technical needs
  • Work with the offshore team/developers, coordinate projects with external client and internal implementation team, test and troubleshoot final system setups as well as provide technical training during and after the implementation process

A Day in the Life

  • Lead discovery and design sessions with clients to gather requirements
  • Evaluate clients’ needs to create solutions in order to meet functional, technical and reporting requirements
  • Use product platform to help clients configure its application and databases
  • Use industry standard development tools (JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, .NET etc.) to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Regular check-ins with the clients to provide status updates
  • Work with the offshore implementation team
  • Provide hands on guidance to clients on best practices in leveraging the software
  • Define, develop, and support product testing to ensure customer needs are met
  • Function as a subject matter expert
  • Mentor and train team members
  • Some overnight travel (5-10%) may be required

We are looking for someone who brings

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years working with .NET
    • 3+ years working with SQL
    • 3+ years working with JavaScript frame
    • 3+ years of related experience which includes previous software development
    • 3+ years of related experience in consulting
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Computer/Technical
    • Experience in product related development framework (such as .NET, SQL, JavaScript frameworks)
    • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Proficient in development management platforms (TFS, JIRA, etc.)
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
    • Demonstratable ability to build long term relationship and trust with customers
    • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
